Never makes enough!

Ingredients:

1/2 pound matzo
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
12 oz. Bag chocolate chips
Chopped nuts or toffee pieces (optional)

Preheat over to 450 degrees.

Line two jellyroll pans with foil. Lay matzo on pans to fill up whole pan; no overlapping.

Boil butter and brown sugar together in saucepan, cook three minutes after boiling, stirring constantly.

Pour mixture over matzo, spreading with a spatula.

Cook at 450 degrees for 4 minutes. Remove and sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over both pans. Cook for one more minute; watch carefully so it doesnق│└t burn. Remove from oven and spread melted chips with spatula.

Top with nuts or toffee pieces if desired.

Cool in refrigerator. When cold, break into bark-like pieces and splurge!!
